Innovative controller for chemical reaction systems

Glass reaction systems are used in various industrial sectors to control chemical processes and thus transform raw materials into desired end products.

Reactors may have complex structures to face different operating conditions depending on the nature of the chemicals (reagents and reaction products) involved and the physical operating conditions.

The controller advance is designed to manage and monitor the shaft rotational speed of the brushless motors in pilot plant reactor systems of up to 100 L. The controller advance supports reactions for:

Stirring: precisely set the desired speed (rpm) and stirring direction
Torque: Precisely monitor changes in reaction mixture viscosity
Temperature: Measure the reaction temperature via PT100 connection
