The SmartWasher™ 96 offers great flexibility. This fully automatic cleaning machine accepts whole boards, partial boards, and boards with U, V, C, or flat bottoms. Multiple suction point settings can minimize residual liquid in the well after suction. All parameters, including dispense volume, draw time, steep and shake cycles, and shake speed, can be easily edited using the large 4.3-inch LCD screen and keypad. Up to 100 wash programs can be stored on the SmartWasher™ 96 and recalled when needed, or transferred between machines using a USB drive.

The washing machine comes with 2 wash bottles, 1 rinse bottle and 1 waste bottle.
All of these are equipped with sensors that alert the user when solution is low or the waste bottle needs to be emptied.
An automatic flush function primes the dispense tube and rinse tip to prevent cross contamination and clogging.
8- and 12-channel manifolds (purchased separately) accommodate the board in either position.
There is a clear acrylic shield around the wash area to allow a clear view of the board.
In the event of a spill or leak, the angled overflow well ensures that the liquid is immediately extracted to avoid cross contamination.
