The Sunrise Light Absorbent Enzyme Immunoanalyzer, equipped with Tecan's Magellan™ Universal Reading Control and Data Analysis Software Plug-in, provides a great solution for a variety of applications such as ELISA, enzyme prodynamic analysis, cell activity studies, veterinary research, and other applications. Enzyme immunoanalyzers have a wide range of wavelength options from 340 to 750 nm and measure entire 96-well plates in six seconds, ensuring that they meet the needs of routine diagnostic and research laboratories.

Select your optical configuration
- Four Filters - Interchangeable four-bit filters for typical general applications, providing
a total capacity of up to 32 filters. - Six Filters - Each filter has a capacity of six filters,
this option is particularly useful for ELISA automation or integration into liquid handling platforms,
enabling multiple analyses to be performed and without the need to replace filters. - Adjustable wavelength optical-gradient filters provide immediate access to 301 wavelengths for
maximum application flexibility and wavelength scanning.
Temperature control
- Temperature control optional modules are helpful for many applications, such as enzyme kinetic reactions.
- Sunrise's leading design provides simultaneous top and bottom heating,
which can effectively reduce the impact of temperature fluctuations on experiments.
Scan code options
- The LIS option includes a handheld barcode scanner to check the sample and plate IDs
before loading them into sunrise Reader. - An integrated barcode scanner is also available, allowing automatic identification of plates within the enzyme immunoassay analyzer
