Instrument and Equipment Maintenance Service Description - Tengyi Technology
(I) 2025 Small Instrument and Equipment Maintenance Fee: NT$1,500 (excluding tax); Parts Fee will be quoted separately.
(II) Maintenance costs for medium and large equipment in 2025 (engineers will arrange time for on-site maintenance):
- North District: NT$2,000 (tax excluded); parts costs will be quoted separately.
- Central Area: NT$3,000 (tax excluded); parts costs will be quoted separately.
- South Region: NT$3,800 (tax excluded); parts costs will be quoted separately.
(III) After the inspection, we will confirm the quotation and follow-up with the customer:
- If the customer confirms that the repair is not required, the inspection fee will still be charged, and the customer will be responsible for the return of the instrument.
- If the customer confirms that the repair is required, a separate quotation will be given. If the cost of the parts is lower than the repair cost, only the repair cost will be charged.
(IV) Small instruments and equipment:
1. Small instruments and equipment are acceptable for shipment - they must be packaged properly and the equipment condition and any problems should be noted in the box.
2. Please send it to Tengyi Technology - Maintenance Engineering Department.
3. Delivery address: 4F-11, No. 20, Lane 609, Section 5, Chongxin Road, Sanchong District, New Taipei City 241410, Taiwan.
4. If there are parts, the repair period is 7-10 working days. If you need to order additional parts, the construction period is uncertain. A maintenance record sheet will be provided after the repair is completed.
(V) Medium and large equipment:
1. Medium and large equipment - please contact our maintenance engineer to arrange a time for on-site maintenance.
2. Please inform us of any abnormalities or malfunctions with the equipment.
3. Upon receiving a repair request, a maintenance engineer will come to the customer's site for repair within 14 working days. If there are parts, the repair period is 2 to 3 weeks. If additional parts need to be ordered, the construction period is uncertain. A repair record sheet will be provided after the repair is completed.
