Like the popular MultiTherm products, the MultiTherm Touch features a wide temperature range for DNA denaturation applications, keeps samples cool (4°C) during operation, a speed range up to 3,000rpm, a full-color touchscreen, greater flexibility, and the addition of programming and heated lid options set the new product apart.
All operating parameters can be easily entered and viewed on the screen, full color, touch screen. Fifty programs can be stored, each program consisting of up to 5 items. Built-in programming features such as adjustable ramp rate, interval/directional mixing/preheat options can be set. The "Short" button allows immediate mixing at maximum speed.
Fifteen block options accommodate samples from 0.2ml to 50ml as well as a variety of plates. Test tube racks can be quickly interchanged without the use of tools. Insulation protects the user from hot surfaces and helps maintain block temperature.
Condensation can negatively impact delicate samples and affect reactions by altering the concentrations of reactants. New heated lid option for tubes up to 5ml and microplates protects sample collection by heating the air in the tube and preventing condensation. The MultiTherm Touch is easy to use and convenient to operate and is backed by a 2-year product warranty. Variety of test tube racks/heated lids sold separately.

The Orbi-Shaker MP™ is designed with a 3mm mixing orbit, optimized for thorough mixing of microplates and/or PCR plates. Up to four plates (standard or deep well) can be placed on the included platform and are instantly secured without the use of springs, clamps or tools.
The BenchWaver™ combines the basic rocking motion of traditional platform rockers with the circular motion of an orbital shaker. This combination is ideal for generating the optimum 3-dimensional “undulating” motion commonly preferred for molecular biology applications.

As the roller mechanism rotates through each complete revolution, the right side of each roller is gently elevated about 0.5 in (13mm) and returns to the horizontal starting position. This additional, gentle up/down motion provides a “wave” effect and guarantees that the entire sample is subjected to complete, thorough mixing, end to end. This built-in tilt feature provides a level of homogeneous mixing uniformity that cannot be matched by any stationary roller apparatus.
